Senior HR Manager

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager that reports directly to our CEO Felix to help on all HR related topics - Run and improve employee survey
- Run promotion rounds
- Help on event creation that drive employee retention
- Work on employee trainings 
- Prepare All Hands presentations
- Support hiring of new employees
- Work on higher automation level of HR processes in Personio
- Answer employee questions of HR policies
- Improve HR policies
- Maintain accurate personnel records, support payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws- Prior experience as HR Manager ideally in a start-up
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Personio
- Language: English, German is a must
- German working permit- Flexible working hours
- Office in Berlin Kreuzberg
- Home office allowance of 2-3 days 
- Vacations of 30 days per year
