Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Lead and coordinate the marketing team to create a collaborative and productive work environment
Take full responsibility for the creation, implementation and execution of the marketing plan as well as the marketing budget
Develop and adapt strategic marketing measures for the region based on the overarching corporate strategy
Plan and design advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase traffic and conversion rates
Manage our social media content and optimize the webpages
Support the sales team by creating targeted marketing materials and campaigns
Organize events and trade show appearances for effective brand presentation

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in leading and coordinating marketing teams, aligning with company goals, and fostering a collaborative environment
Proven experience in strategic marketing with the ability to contribute to key decision-making processes and long-term planning
Strong ability to analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and market data to optimize strategies
Excellent communication skills, a self-driven work ethic, and a strong technical affinity
Business fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication with clients and international colleagues
