Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Partner Account Manager-Strategic Alliances DACH (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

As a Senior Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and leading technology partners such as AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow in the DACH region. You will develop and implement joint business strategies, foster collaboration at all levels, and drive awareness, enablement, and revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans for partners, including setting targets, prioritizing industries/use cases, and planning marketing activities.
  • Awareness & Enablement: Train partner teams (sales/pre-sales/delivery) and create joint solution approaches.
  • Go-to-Market: Execute campaigns and events to generate pipeline and promote collaborative sales activities.
  • Opportunity Management: Guide deals through structured sales methodologies and ensure service readiness.
  • Governance: Conduct regular reviews with partners to track KPIs and manage budgets effectively.

Profil
  • several years of experience in partner sales or alliances with GSIs or technology partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Proven success in co-selling and go-to-market strategies within SaaS environments, ideally focused on CX/contact center, AI, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication skills at the executive level and excellent program management capabilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Location: The position is hybrid-based in Frankfurt but offers flexibility for other locations within Germany. Travel availability of 30-50% is required (partner visits, customer meetings, events).
