Aufgaben

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and collaboration with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in Germany. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, enabling co-marketing initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative cloud-based solutions.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop joint business plans with VAR partners, including sales targets, enablement strategies, and marketing calendars. Build multi-level relationships across sales teams, solution engineers (SEs), delivery teams, and executives.
  • Enablement & Awareness: Lead training programs focused on product knowledge, AI use cases, competitive positioning, and deal registration processes. Launch tailored partner playbooks for industry-specific solutions and integrations with leading platforms like AWS and Salesforce.
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive co-marketing campaigns (events/webinars) and co-sell motions to generate new opportunities while ensuring pipeline hygiene in CRM tools.
  • Opportunity Execution: Use structured methodologies to progress deals through the pipeline while coordinating resources such as SEs and legal teams. Ensure delivery readiness for smooth implementation.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews with partners to track KPIs, manage budgets effectively, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Profil
  • several years of experience in partner sales or alliances within enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms; familiarity with CX/AI solutions is a plus.
  • Proven success in co-selling strategies and ecosystem go-to-market models.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management skills across sales teams, technical experts, and C-suite executives.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM tools and solution selling methodologies.
