(Senior) People Business Partner (d/w/m) in Hamburg

We are looking for an empathetic and solution-oriented individual who is excited to join us in driving the development of our People topics – with the goal that all employees feel proud to be part of the ITA Logistics Group. Our People & Relations team currently consists of five amazing colleagues and our sweet office dog, Holly. Together, we passionately and professionally support our colleagues across all units.

Your role

As a (Senior) People Business Partner (f/m/d), you will provide both strategic and operational support to our business units.You will be the first point of contact for managers when it comes to personnel matters, change processes, and organizational development. You will work closely with our People Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development teams.

• Act as a sparring partner for managers in your assigned units regarding personnel, leadership, and team development topics

• Advise on change processes, conflict resolution, and organizational development

• Support with labor law matters and decision-making processes

• Accompany feedback and development conversations

• Assist in workforce planning as well as in performance and talent management

• Optionally: Contribute to learning and development initiatives for the entire group

• Several years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment

• Very good knowledge of German labor law

• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic working style

• Strong empathy, clear communication skills, and a solution-oriented attitude

• Enjoyment of international collaboration and intercultural communication

• Excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English

Nice to have

• Experience in designing and implementing Learning & Development initiatives
