Acting as a strategic right hand to the CEO, this role orchestrates executive governance, drives critical cross-functional initiatives, and optimizes organizational decision-making to ensure the executive team operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Operations & Governance
Own executive cadence: Structure and facilitate the "rhythm of business," including yearly planning, quarterly reviews, and regular management meetings
Manage the process for KPI reviews and goal tracking to ensure alignment with company strategy
Manage Executive side of staff planning processes in close cooperation with our Funding Management and People Team
2. Project Management
End-to-End delivery: Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from ideation to execution (e.g., non product-side of prevention courses or internal initiatives)
New funders: Support early-stage operational steps for new/potential funders and internal perspective before they are handed over to specific departments
3. Stakeholder Management & CEO Support
Act as an interface for the CEO regarding critical functions, specifically FUM, Fundraising, and People topics
Bandwidth optimization: Pre-process information and manage stakeholder expectations to allow the CEO to focus on high-leverage activities
4. Organizational Excellence & Process Design
Operational backbone: Establish and refine internal processes, specifically improving decision-making frameworks
Tooling & workflows: evaluate the right tools to ensure scalable, transparent workflows across the organization
