Senior Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d)

As a part of international project teams you will drive the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. You will help our customers to align their sales, service, marketing and eCommerce channels with automated processes for maximum customer satisfaction. As a consultant, you build the foundation for the functionality of these digital solutions.

• As a Salesforce Consultant at diva-e, you will take on diverse roles and will be responsible for executing mid- to large-scale transformation programs that drive measurable business value for our customers.
• You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce solutions into the customer's system environment and will also advise on Salesforce features and applications that are optimal for their processes and use cases, applying best practices in terms of implementation approaches, scalability of the proposed solutions, and regulation compliance.
• Within our projects you may be responsible for implementing adjustments (configuration) to new and existing Salesforce systems and contribute your know-how and ideas to the design of customer projects, working closely with your colleagues and supporting through all phases of the project. Project documentation activities is an integral part of that as well.
• You will work in an Agile project delivery manner and will be supporting the team in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the project setup, processes, and actual implementation.
• As part of our continuous success, you will be asked to support in our sales activities and strengthen our relationship with our existing customers to collaborate with them on follow-up projects. 

• You have 2+ years' experience in implementing Salesforce and ideally acquired Salesforce certifications like Admin, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certifications. 
• You are confident in explaining a potential solution to both technical and non-technical audiences
• You have experience in agile project management delivery and a deep understanding of operational processes and best practices in the areas of marketing, sales and service. You also have a high level of commitment combined with analytical and conceptual skills. 
• You are familiar with the release and deployment techniques of the Salesforce platform and have a good understanding of the architecture of the Salesforce platform.
• You have a good analytical thinking and feel confident to perform data analysis and base your decisions on the outcomes.
• You feel comfortable being hands-on and you are confident implementing Salesforce functionality using the declarative tools on the platform (such as Flows, Validation Rules, Fields and Relationships, Record Sharing Mechanisms, User Access, and Security).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English & German (C1).
