Our Tech team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers, while being faced with highly complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.

• Work alongside product engineering teams to drive solutions which are reliable, scalable and observable

• Identify and enhance the core software and platform components that enable our teams to build, deploy, and operate efficiently

• Deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of our observability components

• Identify, automate and remove repetitive tasks and manual toil from our day to day operations

• Observe and improve performance, reduce cost, and improve the experience of our customers

• Support root cause analysis using your holistic knowledge of systems and software to support our teams in identifying and fixing potential issues

• Orchestration: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt

• Continuous integration and delivery: GitHub Actions, FluxCD

• Observability: Cortex, Loki, Tempo, Grafana

• Applications: Golang, Temporal, Cassandra, Postgres

• You have extensive experience building and running large-scale systems on AWS

• You have a good understanding of observability, reliability, scalability and application security best practices

• You are proficient in Golang

• You have extensive experience with Kubernetes and EKS

• You are familiar with our observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Cortex)

• You love working with a team of engineers and are not afraid to challenge the status quo

• You’re an expert at conveying information efficiently

• You are a curious learner and eager to try new things

• You can truly create your own path by taking responsibility and implementing your own ideas
