Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d) Java SE

In this role and within an agile development team, you will be responsible for the design and development, database, software testing, data security and documentation of modular programme parts in a Java-based 3-tier architecture. 

  • Based on various Java frameworks, you will work on the connection, expansion and interfaces of our software; especially in the area of billing, administration and, if necessary, financial accounting 
  • Continuous deployment and operation of your own work packages 
  • Participation in the design of software architectures and the selection of technologies 
  • The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and drive projects forward 
  • You have very good JAVA SE coding skills and are also well versed in object-oriented programming 
  • You are familiar with SQL (Firebird, MSSql, PostgreSQL, MySQL)  
  • Ideally, you also have experience with Jasper Reports, Spring Boot/Spring Data JPA, JUnit, Active MQ and/or Swagger/Open API 
  • You value a good team spirit and an independent way of working 
  • Fluent German and English language skills are necessary for communication in the team (German languagel skill level: C1 & English language skill level C1)
