Senior Strategic Consultant (m/f/d)

Are you a Senior strategic consultant with a passion? Then you've come to the right place! In this role, you will support our clients in developing and successfully implementing effective communication and marketing strategies.

• Be the Senior strategic consultant: Analyse markets, target groups and trends, conduct interviews & workshops and develop data-based, precise recommendations for action for our clients and our creative, PR & content teams.
• Be able to handle pitches & new customer business: Accompany our management to customer meetings, recognise hidden customer priorities and develop tailor-made strategies.
• Be in collaboration with experts: Coordinate projects and work closely with our creation, PR & content teams - from conception to implementation. 
• Be the creator of communication strategies & concepts: Create clear and precise briefings and develop data-based strategic ramps for the other teams, develop convincing strategies and initial pitch-ready campaign ideas and present them internally and externally.
• Be responsible for nurturing customer relationships & growth: Build sustainable customer relationships and support us in identifying new business opportunities.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a strategy consultant or communications strategist in agencies or companies.
• You can translate complex issues into clear, convincing strategies and team briefings.
• You are confident in using analysis tools and are familiar with market, media and trend research.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of messages, goals, media, channels, formats, etc. to develop creative strategies that our Crafts can seamlessly build on
• You have excellent presentation and moderation skills - in German and ideally also in English.
• You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-orientated way and maintain an overview even in dynamic projects.
• Nice to have: Experience in the health or luxury sectors would be a plus!
