The Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role owns planning and capacity models, builds analytics to measure GTM productivity, and provides insights that influence workforce planning and operational strategy. The analyst collaborates across multiple functions, including data, finance, and field operations, ensuring scalable processes as the organization grows. You will design durable, actionable solutions that are easy to maintain, document model logic and data flows, and communicate findings clearly to leadership. The position requires both analytical rigor and pragmatic problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional collaboration, values simplicity in complex systems, and is proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
