This position can be performed at our locations in Munich, Berlin, Wolfsburg, Eschborn, or from home.

  • You are responsible for managing and coordinating service partners and internal Elli resources
  • This also includes planning regular maintenance of the charging infrastructure and on-site assignments
  • The overarching goal of your tasks is to ensure the timely execution of maintenance and repair work on the charging infrastructure
  • In collaboration with Customer Care, you act as the first point of contact for service providers and customers, e.g., regarding warranty cases
  • You also monitor and evaluate the performance of partners in terms of reliability and quality of the work performed
  • Additionally, you drive system and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and you support the development of service products
  • You have a completed degree, preferably with a technical focus
  • You have relevant professional experience in customer support and in managing service providers
  • Initial experience with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, ERP/CRM systems, and process-related topics is desirable
  • You possess strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities in unforeseen situations, intercultural competence, and organizational talent
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile. Spanish language skills are an additional plus
The position is assigned to grade I according to the Elli function grading.
