About this role - Tech Lead (Full-Time, Germany, Start Date: July)
Our client is a growing startup that disrupts the status quo of sustainable data solutions. They developed a platform to track and scale your sustainability impact. The company is a spin-off of the Technical University of Munich and their science-based solution streamlines impact data collection and verification so that you can confidently report your impact to your stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Lead a growing development team, incl. Coaching other developers to upgrade the skill level of the team
• Make key technical & architectural decisions
• Development of the web application, including optimizations of code and algorithms
• Regular platform code reviews and stakeholder meetings to ensure best practices and high-quality code
• Collaborate with designers and provide inputs on limitations
• Research and recommendation of new technologies that meet business requirements
  Requirements:
  
• Minimum of 7 years of documented experience or equivalent proof if proficiency in web development
• Advanced knowledge in
  • ○ Next.js
  • ○ React.js
  • ○ TypeScript
  • ○ Test Driven Development
  • ○ AWS Services
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Based in Germany
• Comfortable communicating ideas or deliverables to the team
• Bonus: Living in Munich or Frankfurt, Experience with Data Science or Machine Learning
