€50,000 (€52,000 total package)

As a service technician, you will be responsible for the monitoring, installation, mechanical maintenance and commissioning of core and additional products at the customer's site. These are mainly assignments within Germany - with a share of about 10-20% for international support. 

About the role

• Monitoring, installation, repair and maintenance of our client’s core products
• Mechanical assembly work on a wide range of applications.
• Construction site management, including management of local service providers / contractors
• Support of the sales team in advising customers on site.
• Supporting the Technical Department in new development projects and identifying new potential services.
• Creation and maintenance of databases as well as preparation of reports and recommendations.
• Project-related work such as compiling work packages and assisting in the preparation of work plans. 
• Preparation of risk assessments and implementation of safety briefings on site.
• Implementation of internal and external training courses on products, application and assembly.

About you 

• A technical education as well as several years of experience in the field of assembly and technology.
• Ability to travel, field based 3-4 days per week
• Ability to work in a team and work independently.
• A sense of quality and responsibility.
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office.
• Driving licence class B.
