 Your core tasks will include assembly and installation work in trains and buses for our customers on-site.As a service technician, you are part of our field service team whose goal is to realise exciting projects in coordination with our project management and the customers on-site. You will contribute to this with the following tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers on-site.
• You will independently install our systems in trains and buses on-site
• You commission our video systems and passenger counting systems
• You implement customer concepts on the basis of circuit and wiring diagrams
• You create work instructions for the customer and internal departments
• You independently test the functionality of video and passenger counting systems
• You create detailed defect reports

• a strong communicator and you take responsibility for your work
• able to organize your tasks and instructions in coordination with our project management team and the conditions on site
• able to use your (technical) analysis and experience as a basis for your decisions and actions
• able to work in a team
• proactive and resilient
• passionate about troubleshooting and debugging

• Completed technical educationMeister (electrical engineering, network technology, communications engineering, mechatronics)
  • Master craftsman, state-certified technician or similar advantageous

• Willingness to travel and driving licence (class B)
• Very good written and spoken German
• Technical English skills (desirable) 
• Experienced in network technology (desirable) 
• Experienced with assembly work (desirable)
• Experience with Linux (script and programming languages) advantageous
