• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service skills with a dedication to assisting customers.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, showcasing a friendly and approachable personality.
