Social Media Creative (m/w/d)

We are looking for you - creative, full of ideas and with a strong social media focus!
You have a feel for current trends and can independently develop creative ideas for posts, stories and campaigns. You know the latest social media trends and can create content plans that inspire the target group. With your creative mind, you implement smaller ideas yourself - whether photo, video or text. For larger projects, you will work hand in hand with our art directors and copywriters to get the best out of every campaign. But you will also contribute creative communication ideas and concepts that make a difference outside of social media.

Must-have skills:

• Creative thinking and a social-first mentality
• You have a good feel for current social media trends and know how to develop content strategies
• You can independently create content plans and generate ideas for posts
• You are able to create smaller content independently (photo/video/text)
• You work closely with art directors and copywriters when it comes to larger projects
• You bring fresh, creative communication ideas to the entire creative process

Nice-to-have skills:

• You are proficient in common graphics programs and have a good eye for design
• You can also edit a video yourself and feel comfortable in post-production
• You have a talent for clever copywriting and a good feel for language
• You have very good German and English

• Between the 1st interview and the 2nd interview you will receive a task that will be presented in the 2nd interview
