Du bist das Gesicht von ProVeg auf unseren deutschen Social Media Plattformen und liebst es, spannende Geschichten zu erzählen und kreative Inhalte für Social Media zu gestalten. Als Social Media Manager (all genders) bei ProVeg wirst du zum kreativen Kopf hinter unseren Kanälen. 
Deine Aufgabe: mit großem kreativen Freiraum, den ProVeg dir bietet, entwickelst du packende Reels, aktivierende Visuals und mitreißende Texte. Du setzt Trends und innovative Formate gekonnt in Szene und integrierst sie in unsere Kampagnen. Dabei hältst du die Fäden in der Hand und füllst den Redaktionsplan mit Leben - auch im Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen und dem internationalen Team.

• Du bist das Gesicht von ProVeg auf den deutschen Social-Media Kanälen.
• Du pflegst proaktiv und eigenständig unsere deutschen Social-Media-Kanäle (u. a. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). 
• Du bringst Vorschläge zu neuen Entwicklungen rund um den Social Media Bereich ein (Trends, neue Plattformen wie z. B. Threads, Tools, etc.).
• Du übernimmst Fundraising-Kommunikation auf unseren deutschen Social-Media-Kanälen (Stichwort Lead Generierung).
• Gemeinsam mit dem deutschen und internationalen Team entwickelst du unsere Social-Media-Strategie weiter.
• Du stimmst dich eng mit den Fachabteilungen ab, bereitest Inhalte gezielt auf und bringst dich mit deinen Ideen bei externen Partnern (Unternehmen, NGOs etc.) ein.
• Du übernimmst ein aktives Community-Management mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl.
• Du baust Influencer-Kooperationen auf und bist für die Koordination dieser zuständig.
• Du analysierst und bewertest die Performance unserer Kanäle und Inhalte.

Must-haves:

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich
• Sicherer Umgang sowie ein proaktives Management der gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen.
• Kreativität und die Fähigkeit, innovative Ideen und Konzepte zu entwickeln.
• Schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit sowie Organisationsgeschick.
• Fundierte Erfahrungen in Video-Erstellung und statischen Posts. 
• Versiert im Einsatz von Tools wie Canva, Capcut und Hubspot.
• Begeisterung, mit uns die pflanzliche Ernährungswende voranzutreiben.
• Freude am Monitoring und an der Analyse von Kennzahlen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.

Nice-to-haves:

• Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Wrike).
• Arbeitserfahrung im NGO Umfeld.
