Planning and execution of presentations to communicate analysis results and strategic recommendations to the client
Creation of creative briefs as a foundation for creative execution, as well as the development of annual strategies, new communication approaches, and comprehensive strategic concepts
Responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of concepts and campaigns for the creative team
Supervision, management, and optimization of campaigns
Creation of reports, statistics, and derivation of key learnings
Conducting research and recommending campaign-relevant creators
You are proficient in using common social media analysis and management tools and confidently integrate them into your work
You have excellent knowledge of KPIs and use them to make well-founded strategic recommendations
You have a strong sense for trends and leverage social listening and analysis tools to monitor and evaluate market movements, competitors, and audience insights
At least 4 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally in an agency environment
You are genuinely passionate about TikTok and Instagram and understand what works on these platforms

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of quality
Service-oriented communication and presentation skills
Responsibility for developing and presenting well-thought-out social media strategies, as well as creating Google Slides presentations and creative briefs in collaboration with the creative team

Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
