Working closely with international partners and teams, the company is committed to creating long-term value while contributing to a more sustainable, low-carbon future.

Interview Process: Fully remote
Employment Type: Employment contract via an Employer of Record (EOR)
Compensation: Base salary of EUR 50,000–60,000 per year, plus commission
Location: 100% remote. Candidates must be based in France, the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, or Austria


Aufgaben

* Drive sales of the company's photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage product portfolio across assigned markets.
* Develop new business opportunities and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Acquisition & Channel Development

* Identify, develop, and manage relationships with project owners, distributors, EPC contractors, and system integrators within the solar and energy storage industry.
* Expand sales channels and establish a strong customer network across target markets.
* Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline to increase market penetration and brand awareness.

Customer Relationship Management

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, providing timely support on product selection, technical solutions, and project implementation.
* Resolve commercial, operational, and after-sales issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Drive repeat business through upselling, cross-selling, and customer referrals.

Business Negotiation & Order Management

* Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations and proposals, and manage contract execution.
* Coordinate order fulfillment and project delivery with internal teams.
* Monitor accounts receivable, manage payment collection, and minimize commercial risk to ensure timely cash flow.

Market Intelligence

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and local regulations within the renewable energy sector.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence to support business strategy, product development, and pricing decisions.


Profil

* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage (BESS), integrated solar-storage systems, or the broader renewable energy industry.
* Experience in channel development, distributor management, and project-based sales is highly preferred.
* Fluency in English and the relevant local language (French, German, Italian, Czech, etc.), with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of the solar and energy storage market, international trade practices, and industry regulations.
* Strong business development, channel management, commercial negotiation, and account management skills.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to build a long-term career in the solar and energy storage industry.
