Arbeitsbeschreibung - Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Pre-Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare the best solution for customers through presentations and supporting tools
Stakeholder Management:
Manage stakeholders from internal and external parties continuously, building trustful relationships
Procurement Expert Sessions:
Join customer calls to provide technical expertise and guidance and to conduct technical product demonstrations
Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of the product and stay up-to-date with energy trends, emerging new technologies, and solutions
Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to knowledge bases, customer questions, and customer feedback with deep technical product knowledge

Proactive & Self-Driven:
Highly proactive and self-directed, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments
Communication & Coordination:
Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage a high number of internal and external stakeholders
Time Management & Organization:
Exceptional ability to manage time and prioritize a variety of different tasks
Teamplayer: Strong ability to connect with people, create an atmosphere of trust, and foster collaboration across functions

Must-have skills

German Language Proficiency:
C1+
Work Experience:
Experience at an energy provider, energy consultancy, or energy in-house consulting in the areas of procurement, portfolio management, customer relationship management, or sales
