We are searching for a Spare Parts Manager for our Sales department.

- Inquiring prices and processing quotes, orders, contracts, and customer data in ERP/CRM systems
- Supporting invoicing and providing practical assistance to customers
- Acting as a primary customer contact via email and phone: answering questions, requesting information, and coordinating follow-ups
- Supporting the tendering process, including price calculations for requested items
- Preparing transport, customs, and certification documents
- Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
You bring a structured, hands-on mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment:
- 0–5 years of experience in a commercial, administrative, or similar role
- Commercial or technical education, or equivalent practical experience
- Very good command of English, spoken and written; German is a plus
- Confident user of MS Office
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Affinity for technology, logistics, and/or services
- Accurate, customer-focused, and a team player who keeps a cool head and switches easily between tasks and customer inquiries
- High energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Driving license B and own transportation
