YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You define cost drivers and establish planned cost rates with global responsibility
• You provide branches with budget guidelines and monitor adherence, offering guidance and support as needed
• You prioritize cost management initiatives to achieve significant savings
• You implement transparent scheduling and planning tools in each branch to align with budget goals
• You enhance operational transparency and provide tools and dashboards for process improvement and cost tracking
• You drive turnaround initiatives in branches through process enhancements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Background You ideally have a degree in Business or similiar 
• Experience You have a solid background in cost management and operational turnaround
• Skills You demonstrate strong analytical skills and operational knowledge, allowing you to delve into details and drive improvements effectively
• Soft skills You possess assertive communication and strong negotiation skills and present yourself professionally, enabling you to interact with others at different management levels
• Languages You fluently speak German and English
