Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing capabilities of clients.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to plan and monitor client progress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain abreast of advancements in the field.
• Provide education to clients and families on effective communication strategies and therapeutic practices.

• A degree in Speech Therapy or a related field with valid licensure to practice.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in speech therapy, ideally in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to the local culture and working environment.
