Arbeitsbeschreibung - Steuerassistent (m/w/d)

You will support our team in the following activities:

Preparing complex tax returns and providing related advice to corporations and partnerships
Preparing tax balance sheets and developing tax capital accounts
Answering tax-related questions from our nationally and internationally active clients and preparing corresponding tax opinions
Analyzing the tax implications of complex investment structures, particularly of foreign companies
Support during tax audits and appeal proceedings
Support in the context of tax consulting projects

University degree, ideally a master's degree with a focus on audit, tax, accounting or finance, and an interest in tax issues
Alternatively: qualified degree such as Diplom-Finanzwirt (m/f/d), Steuerfachwirt (m/f/d) or comparable
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and DATEV
Enjoyment of varied tasks and willingness to take on responsibility
Team orientation and an independent, committed and responsible approach to work
Good knowledge of German and English
