As a Swedish Speaking Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support to our Swedish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about our product offerings to provide accurate information and assistance to clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to approach problems proactively and ensure client satisfaction.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
