Whether you're a seasoned expert or a rising star looking for new challenges, to continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Talent Attraction Manager (all genders) to help drive our growth and attract the right top talents to Avelios.As a Talent Attraction Manager in our People Team, you will actively shape the growth of Avelios and take an internal as well as an external perspective. How?

You represent us externally and lead our recruiting activities to attract top talents. You will use LinkedIn, for example, to approach suitable candidates. We use a selective approach: It's not about sending hundreds of messages, but about getting the top candidates excited about us by ensuring a great candidate experience. With your personality, you manage to get these candidates excited about Avelios and conduct the contractual discussions with great confidence. 

You will also have the opportunity to work on various other HR topics to make your work with us more diverse. Would you like to build up university partnerships to not only cover recruiting needs in the short term, but to maintain a high presence at target universities in the medium to long term? Would you like to support new colleagues joining us from abroad with the visa application process? Would you like to take over onboarding sessions for your hires? Let's go!

• You have a degree in business administration, social sciences, (business) psychology or in a comparable field of study

• We use Personio as our HR tool. If you have not worked with it before, don't worry, we'll get you up to speed. 
• Reliable and open personality with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
• Interest in various HR and organizational topics
• Desire to work in a startup and comfortable to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
