Team Lead CRM - Maternity Cover (m/w/x)

Responsibility for our global CRM strategy along the entire customer journey, including all CRM channels

Optimization of automations and ad-hoc campaigns as well as our loyalty program; implementation of initiatives to generate leads, increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and improve repurchase and referral rates

Development and management of the monthly CRM planning in alignment with our business objectives, including budget allocation and swift action planning in case of deviations from targets

Leadership and development of our CRM team with a focus on open communication, close collaboration, and individual growth

Analysis of customer data regarding purchasing behavior and product preferences, with corresponding optimization of the CRM strategy to increase engagement and loyalty

Responsibility for company-wide CRM projects, including stakeholder management and coordination across departments (especially Marketing, IT, BI, and Operations)

Monitoring of market trends and continuous challenge of the status quo by testing new channels and initiatives

5+ years of comprehensive CRM experience, ideally in a fast-growing D2C environment; experience in team leadership and stakeholder management

Proven ability to implement CRM strategies profitably and performance-driven

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM, ideally with Klaviyo and Shopify+; experience in scaling and optimizing automations, ad-hoc campaigns, and loyalty programs

Customer-oriented, data-driven mindset with strong expertise in CRM analytics, KPIs, and technical infrastructure

Strong project management skills and a structured, hands-on approach

Creativity and a drive for innovation, with deep understanding of CRM trends and corresponding growth opportunities

Fluent in German and English
