Arbeitsbeschreibung - Team Lead Development (m/w/d)

As Team Lead Development (all genders) you support the developers of your own team in the daily business. You are responsible for feedback and development meetings as well as the further training of the know-how of your employees
You are an expert, point of contact and advisor for tasks and questions concerning the development area and you take over the technical management including conception and implementation of development tasks of your team's projects
As part of the team you regularly implement your own features
Controlling the scope and progress of projects is part of your job, as well as the responsibility for the workload of your employees
We are growing! And so is our development team. As Team Lead Development you will conduct interviews, make hiring decisions in cooperation with the Chapter Lead Development and accompany new employees during their onboarding at DGTLS
Together with Project Managers and Unit Leads, you will ensure a good workload in the team
You establish, document and promote best practice solutions hand in hand with your Team Lead colleagues and our Chapter Lead Development

You have distinctive technical know-how as well as several years of professional experience in the field of web development, ideally in an agency context
You have very good knowledge in PHP and corresponding frameworks (Symfony, ...). Ideally you are already familiar with Pimcore
You like to bring your conception skills into your daily work and you are not afraid of complex problems
A good team spirit is important to you and you enjoy developing others and supporting them on their way
You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, independence, decisiveness, integrity and empathy
You have strong communication and presentation skills as well as a very good German and English language skills
