Arbeitsbeschreibung - Teamlead Composite (m/f/d)

You plan, oversee, and manage composite production in close coordination with the production manager.
You coordinate your team and ensure that agreed lead times, quality standards, and performance targets are met.
You are responsible for the on-time and specification-compliant delivery of all relevant components.
You monitor adherence to defined process steps in composite production and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
You take ownership of business-related KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
You actively contribute to composite production when needed.
You ensure order and cleanliness in the production area.
You ensure accurate and complete documentation of work processes.
You support the engineering team in the development and improvement of composite components.

You have a vocational qualification as an Aircraft Mechanic, Process Mechanic, or a similar field, with expertise in plastics and composite technology.
You have gained initial experience in leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
You bring foundational expertise in plastics or composite processing, ideally within the aviation industry.
You have hands-on experience with production processes, planning, and various manufacturing methods.
With a structured and analytical mindset, you excel in organization and approach tasks with independence and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills enable you to navigate workflows effectively, and you are proficient in both German and English.
You have a solid command of MS Office applications and confidently work with ERP and DMS systems.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can perform well under pressure.
