Arbeitsbeschreibung - Teamlead Electronics (m/f/d)

Lead and prioritize tasks for the Electronics Team to drive fast-paced project execution.
Foster team efficiency through skill development and flexible resource management.
Design and implement scalable electronics architecture that evolves with project needs.
Set up efficient processes and tools for rapid development, including CAD & PLM systems.
Manage resources to meet project timelines and adapt to changing demands.
Mentor the team to encourage innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance and lead requirements analysis and concept design.

Master’s degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in electrical hardware development (aerospace preferred).
Expertise in troubleshooting, design optimizations, and hands-on testing.
Familiarity with PCB standards (IPC) and regulatory standards (DO-254, DO-160).
Experience with environmental testing and hardware responsibility.
Experience in PCBA design, integration, verification, and validation.
