  • As captain, you will put together our new support team. You will not only ensure a positive atmosphere, but also promote individual growth in this team of three
  • You are fully in the picture when it comes to our transceiver product world. You keep track of the latest developments and share your knowledge
  • You see problems as an opportunity to demonstrate our problem-solving expertise. No matter how challenging the technical hurdles may be, you don't lose your head - even in hectic times
  • You are not afraid of change and develop innovative concepts to continuously improve our technical support
  • You are an IT enthusiast with a lot of know-how
  • You have already gained experience with optical transmission technology and network technology and are ready to expand your knowledge further
  • You have leadership talent and at least two years of experience in managing employees
  • You know how to motivate a team and continuously enable good team performance
  • You are linguistically gifted and can communicate fluently and well in both German (B2) and English (B2) - whether in writing or orally. Communication is important to you and comes naturally
