Arbeitsbeschreibung - Teamleiter Cybersecurity Engineering (m/w/d)

Lead and manage the project team in the execution of cybersecurity projects
Be responsible for customer support in cybersecurity projects and act as the main point of contact for our clients
Take responsibility for the successful delivery of all engineering projects
Ensure that the right experts from relevant functions are selected for each project to guarantee successful service delivery
Support the sales team in large projects, particularly in consulting and providing technical support before contract signing
Actively contribute to the further development of existing services and take responsibility for quality assurance and continuous improvement
Conduct internal training, especially for employees transitioning from the automotive industry to the OT/IT sector, with a focus on embedded systems

University degree in Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification
Many years of experience in the automotive industry or in industries with similar cybersecurity requirements, such as aerospace, medical technology, defense, etc.
Expertise in automotive cybersecurity processes and engineering implementation, as well as knowledge in cybersecurity for complementary areas such as OT security, charging infrastructure, and software update management, is desirable
Leadership experience and proven track record in leading teams, as well as experience in managing and overseeing project budgets
Profound basic knowledge of ASPICE processes and their impact on cybersecurity
Professional experience with ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089, and ISO 27001 or comparable standards such as IEC 62443 in the development of embedded systems is an advantage
Business fluent in both German and English is mandatory
