Arbeitsbeschreibung - Technical Integration Specialist (all genders)

You support the fulfillment and realization of the general and specified goals in the area of technical services and are in regular coordination with your supervisor
In particular, you will be involved in carrying out technical services for partners, distributors and meteocontrol branches, such as setting up systems or providing certificates for direct marketing, among other things
You carry out telephone and written coordination with customers and service partners to carry out the services, as well as providing technical advice to interested parties and technical support to the sales department for the preparation of quotations
Your tasks include the support and processing of RMA cases as well as the recording of unsolvable problems in the bug tracking system
You will carry out error analyses and develop solutions in collaboration with the development department

You have a completed apprenticeship / master craftsman / technician in the field of electronics / energy technology / information electronics or technical studies
Very good knowledge of German and English
You have knowledge in the configuration of WAN/LAN networks
Experience in the field of renewable energies is advantageous
Secure IT skills (Microsoft 365)
