- Provide both remote and on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical solution delivery.
- Support customers with product installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and return service processes, while providing professional technical guidance.
- Develop and deliver technical service solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring services are executed in accordance with contractual agreements and technical standards.
- Manage service tickets and repair workflows through the CSM system to ensure full traceability and efficient case resolution.
- Review service and repair reports, validate technical findings, and communicate feedback to customers.
- Coordinate service tools, spare parts, and testing resources to ensure efficient field service operations.
- Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions to customers when required.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Solid technical knowledge of LED display systems; experience in the AV (Audio Visual) industry is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently on customer sites.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese and fluent English are mandatory; German language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50–70%) across Europe for customer support, on-site services, and exhibitions.
