Arbeitsbeschreibung - Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d)

You provide support for the diverse Flexoptix campus, which consists of 8 buildings and various technical systems (ventilation, water treatment, heating, heat pump, sewage treatment plant, photovoltaic system, drinking water well)
You apply your PLC knowledge to automate a variety of building processes
You create visualizations of system processes using modern tools for real-time monitoring
You configure and connect devices with M-Bus or Modbus, including access control systems
You conduct safety inspections and identify technical defects
You coordinate and manage external service providers for construction and repair work
You carry out minor repairs and serve as the point of contact for tenants regarding technical issues

Completed training as an electronics technician for automation technology or similar
Professional experience in the field of building automation, property management or facility management
Sound PLC knowledge with Wago and CoDeSys V3.5 as well as experience with building technology
Manual skills and solution-oriented work with craftsmen and service providers
Willingness to take responsibility for smaller projects and to work independently
Good PC skills (MS Office) and a good command of written and spoken German and English
