The Truck Test Operator (f/m/d) is tasked with testing and validating remote operation with teleoperation and autonomous technologies. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of advanced teleoperation/autonomy technologies. The expert will work within the operations department.

How you will leave your footprint

• Maintaining a safety-first mindset at all times, addressing potential security gaps with supervisors.


• Ensuring conscientious and punctual completion of all driving-related tasks at customer sites and on the test track.


• Serving as a safety driver for (partially) autonomous and/or tele-operated trucks and performing manual driving with terminal tractors and regular trucks in productive use at customer sites.


• Ensuring correct load securing.


• Conducting manual and automated tests on operational activities.


• Identifying, reporting, and documenting any issues or anomalies encountered during testing. 

What you will bring to the team

• Valid driver’s licence (Category C + Modules 1-5)


• Experience with automotive/Trucks driving combined with a good level in computer skills to manage tools and equipment.


• Good to have knowledge in testing tools and frameworks.


• Effective communication in English and collaboration skills. 


• German is a plus. 


• Ability to travel occasionally to test sites and partner facilities for shirts/midterms deployment durations.


• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
