Your mission

As a Product Designer at our Education-as-a-Service (EaaS) platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the B2B digital learning experience for our customers.

You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive and high-quality user interfaces that empower learners. Your focus will be on creating seamless, user-centered experiences while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves tackling complex design challenges, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the education space.

Your profile

What You'll Do

Lead the design of our online education and admin dashboard and all related customer touchpoints
Take end-to-end ownership of the product design lifecycle - from initial idea through concept development to final implementation
Develop user-centric design concepts with a strong emphasis on both User Interface (UI) and Interaction Design, while contributing to and refining our existing design systems at the highest level of quality
Fully develop and extend our UI design systems to support scalable and consistent user experiences
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers and product manager to align the design with user needs and business objectives

What You Bring

Several years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a B2B context or SaaS environment
A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing pixel-perfect designs with high usability and aesthetics
Deep understanding of web-based user interactions and patterns; ideally, you have experience with B2B platforms and user workflows
Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or PostHog to validate and improve user experiences
A genuine interest in digital learning, education, and emerging technologies - and a desire to help shape the future of learning
