Arbeitsbeschreibung - Vertragsmanager (m/w/d) Erneuerbare Energien

Supervision of the process of contractual and real security of land for the construction of wind turbines
Support in the preliminary review of existing contracts, identify risks and you are responsible for the procurement and preparation of property data and information
Active preparation of project-related concepts and reporting of progress
Preparation and negotiation of user contracts
Monitoring and reporting of contracts, payments and deadlines is also part of your tasks
You will independently handle technical communication with contractual partners, property owners, authorities, lawyers and notaries
Support in the continuous development of workflows for contract management

Training as a lawyer's and notary's assistant, real estate specialist, real estate clerk or comparable successfully completed
Business fluent in German
Experienced handling of MS Office and CRM systems
Interest in the development of renewable energies and ideally already experience in this future-oriented industry
Motivation to coordinate complex tasks with several internal and external partners and to complete them on time
Structured, meticulous way of working, strong organizational and communication skills as well as service orientation
Ability to work in a team, confident appearance and willingness to travel on a project-dependent basis
