Volontär Online Redaktion/Content Consulting (m/w/d)

As a trainee, you’ll spend 12 months learning from over 25 experienced consultants about content creation, quality assurance, SEO, editing, and text project management. • From day one, you’ll be a full part of our content projects. You’ll contribute, work on your own, and gain important skills for your content marketing career.
• You’ll do things like writing, editing, researching, creating briefs, and uploading content to CMS—there’s always something new to learn.
• During the 12-month program, you’ll also work on topics like content strategy, audits, image research, AI, and social media.
• You’ll learn about SEO and help with keyword research and creating content optimized for search engines.

• Whether you’ve just finished your studies, completed similar training, or gained some experience in the industry, we’re looking for someone ready to jump in with passion.
• Your writing skills, creativity, and language sense are top-notch. Online experience is a plus but not required. What counts is that you’re curious, reliable, and organized.
• Your spelling, grammar, and punctuation are spot on, your German is C2 level, and your English is solid.
• Tech-savvy. MS Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—feels like home to you.
