You'll play a significant role at Les Lunes in promoting the brand's mission, values, and products. As a member of our Growth Team, you can actively contribute to the successful growth of our company and make our products accessible to a wider audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support in Influencer Marketing: Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and reach.

• Sourcing: Identify potential influencers and evaluate their suitability based on audience analysis and performance metrics.

• Communication: Maintain relationships with existing influencers and support in acquiring new partners.

• Content Management: Support in coordinating and overseeing content creation with influencers to ensure alignment with our brand values.

Criteria of Evaluation

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, with availability to work 20 hours per week.

• Strong interest in social media and a good understanding of current trends in influencer marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proactive and independent working style, with a passion for teamwork.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with diverse teams, from product to sales, as you integrate best marketing practices, fostering a holistic and cohesive approach.
