Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent IT ERP (m/w/d)

Are you passionate about IT and looking for a challenge in a dynamic ERP and BI systems environment? Join our IT ERP team as a working student (m/f/d) and contribute to global roll-out projects as well as our day-to-day business. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team in the SAP and BI environment, allowing you to learn essential skills for your future with the right mindset. Successful collaboration may lead to a permanent employment opportunity.

In this role, you'll support the project team with essential tasks such as:

Supporting the team with user training sessions, including setup, material preparation, and follow-up
Setting up a library for IT and process documentation using project management tools such as Jira, Fresh Service etc.
Assisting project teams with coordinating meetings and assigning tasks from meeting minutes
Supporting the ERP lead in organizing workshops and preparing workshop materials
Monitoring daily tickets assigned to the ERP team in the ticket system
Helping the team with creating Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
Handling ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team

You are a student (preferably pursuing a Master's) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
You are enrolled for the entire duration of the position
Ideally, you have some initial project or internship experience
You work independently, are quick to learn, and have a strong desire for professional development
You have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365)
You possess a solid understanding of IT processes and tools, and you're eager to build your career in IT
Good written and spoken German and English skills are required
