The appliedAI Institute for Europe plays a crucial role in shaping the future of AI in Europe.We are looking for a Working Student to support our Instructional Design team at the appliedAI Institute for Europe gGmbH. In this role, you will assist in the conception, development, and publication of educational programs on AI for various target industries. You will be part of a team that is scaling the training and education programs of the appliedAI Institute, and will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills in the field of e-learning and instructional design.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting the upload and content management on our LMS (Moodle)
• Assisting with the use of Articulate 360 for e-learning content creation and updates
• Developing storyboards for video editing
• Supporting video production for learning materials
• Contributing to the improvement and scaling of our educational offerings
• Supporting the Instructional Design team in standardizing our educational offerings

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with strong interest in education, instructional design and e-learning methodologies
• Willingness to learn new tools such as Articulate and Moodle
• Ability to work as part of a team and good communication and organizational skills
• Interest in AI and technology is a plus
• Fluent in both German and English
