Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent (w/m/d) PreSales

You will support our partner management team in the area of partner operations by taking care of our partners and performing administrative tasks.
You maintain contract, partner and other data in our CRM.
You will support the preparation of accounting and controlling and process incoming invoices in cooperation with our partners, accounting and project management.
In preparation for audits, you will review and create process descriptions of our workflows and handle updates and corrections.
You will create the contract documents for our partners, take care of the mailing, follow up with the partners and process the returns.
In the user management area, you will independently process support tickets and assign access rights.
You will also assist us on site with the preparation, follow-up and execution of various events.

You are currently enrolled at a university or college and would like to gain experience in partner management of a software scale-up.
You are a self-starter, responsible and reliable.
You enjoy learning new things and you are quick to learn.
You enjoy structured, careful and precise work and have a good eye for detail.
You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel), are ideally familiar with Outlook and already have experience with software tools such as Slack, Miro and SharePoint.
You enjoy working in a highly motivated international team.
Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
