Werkstudent/in (m/w/d) IT Support

As a working student, you are an integral part of our IT department. You gain valuable insights into our infrastructure and support us in maintaining systems, organizing hardware, and assisting colleagues with IT-related issues.Join our multinational team of around 300 employees from over 33 different nationalities in Europe. Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• You support the remarketing or proper disposal of obsolete hardware to ensure sustainability and compliance.
• You help maintain our IT asset management system by tagging new devices, updating records, and assisting with procurement processes.
• You regularly check stock levels, keep the IT stockroom tidy, and initiate reorders when necessary.
• You assist in documenting data center infrastructure and processes.
• You manage user accounts by creating, modifying, or deleting user profiles in coordination with our IT policies.
• You provide basic IT support to employees, including password resets, hardware handovers, and device replacements.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ideally, you have some practical experience in IT support, or you have a strong interest in IT systems and processes.
• You are organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• You enjoy working in a team and have a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• You have good communication skills in both German and English.

Hybrid working: We offer you flexible working between digital work from home and a modern office in the center of Frankfurt (3 days remote / 2 days office).
