Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent:in People Operations (all)

Are you curious about what goes on behind the scenes of a growing company and want to actively support our team in day-to-day operations? You’re organized, communicative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the People & Organisation field? Then you might be just the right fit for us!
  • Office Management: You’ll help create an office environment where everyone feels comfortable – from taking care of plants and mail to small moments of well-being throughout the day.
  • Hands-on Support: You’ll take on tasks that make everyday work easier for the team – whether organizational, administrative, or creative.
  • Teamwork with Impact: You’ll work closely with our Senior People & Culture Manager and gain insights into all operational aspects of the People department.
  • Operational Responsibility: From onboarding and internal processes to small projects in People Operations – you’ll get involved and help shape the way we work.
  • Recruiting & Active Sourcing: You’ll get a first look into our recruiting processes and support us in finding great new talent.
  • You’re enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • First practical experience in organization, People Operations, office management, or project management is a plus – but not a must.
  • You’re comfortable working in digital environments: you know your way around Google Workspace or MS Office and quickly pick up new tools.
  • You’re structured, reliable, and hands-on – with a strong eye for detail.
  • You’re fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Focus on what matters: At our company, competence, personality, and commitment are more important than formalities or the study program you chose.
