As a working student, you will support our sales and transaction team by helping us to acquire new clients, analyse projects and structure transactions. • A working student position with 16 to 20 hours per week (flexible working hours during the semester by arrangement and during the semester breaks)
• Your first steps into real estate investment banking paired with deep insights into commercial real estate financing with Germany's go-to platform  
• An exciting and varied role with plenty of scope for your own ideas
• The opportunity to take on responsibility from day 1 and be creatively involved

• You support our Head of Sales and Sales Manager in their transactions, from the acquisition to the signing of the loan agreement.
• You will be actively involved in the core business right from the start by researching potential clients.
• You structure initial transactions in the residential and commercial sector.
• You take an active part in customer and bank meetings.
• You support the maintenance of our clients' and partners' data.
• You support our tech team as a product manager in the introduction of new functions.

• You are ideally studying business administration or economics and are interested in the real estate industry and ideally already have some experience in the finance and investment environment.
• You are well organised.
• You are interested in real estate financing.
• You are used to working in a structured and independent manner.
• You have the drive and passion to create something new and the desire to work in the dynamic environment of a start-up.
• Your fluency in German and English and your ability to express yourself well, both verbally and in writing, round off your profile.
