Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent/Praktikant (m/w/d) Entrepreneur in Residence (Founders Office)

Support across departments: Support the fast scaling of Filu and get deep insights into various areas (Operations, Marketing, Product, Biz Dev or Finance)
Bring in your strategic and operational mind: Strategic and operational support for the founders and leadership team
Own indivdual projects: Own and execute individual projects directly from the founding team
Be the process guru: Setting up, question and further, develop existing pocesses
Spread pawsitivity: Contribute to Filu’s open and empowering culture

First experience in a high-pace environment such as high-growth startup, strategy consulting, VC, investment banking
Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
Tactful, mature communication, strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Full working proficiency in German and English
Ideally, you love pets or even own one
