Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Compliance (m/w/d) - Koblenz/ Hybrid

Sdui was founded in Koblenz in 2018 and is now one of Europe's fastest-growing EdTech companies as the Sdui Group. With more than 230 international employees across five locations, we are actively shaping the future of education. Our digital solutions for schools, preschools, entire federal states, and regions enable easy communication, efficient administration, and personalized learning—inclusive, intuitive, and compliant with data protection regulations.
We empower humans to transform education for a better tomorrow.

Why is this position exciting for you?
In this role, you’ll actively help shape our work: you’ll become part of a team that creates transparency and efficiency in processes – giving you a comprehensive insight into the field of Compliance. You'll learn how regulatory requirements are implemented in practice and what really matters in a professional compliance system.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of compliance documents – such as protocols, reports, and manuals.
  • Ensure that all documents are accurate, well-structured, and up to date.
  • Participate in regular controls and audits – including documentation and reporting.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and keep track of ongoing topics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence and updating compliance reports.
  • Assist ongoing compliance projects by conducting research, creating presentations, and supporting the implementation of new measures.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to meet project goals on time.
  • Attend internal trainings and workshops to deepen your knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Apply your newly acquired knowledge to continuously improve our processes.
  • You’re enrolled at university for at least another year and are available for 20 hours per week.
  • You have strong communication skills – both written and verbal – and can explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way. You speak German at C-level proficiency and have at least a B2 level of English.
  • You have a strong sense for structured and precise documentation – ideally with some experience using document management systems.
  • You're familiar with compliance standards and frameworks, or you're eager to quickly get up to speed.
  • You’re confident using Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with compliance-specific tools is a plus.
  • You work thoroughly and carefully – errors don’t slip past you easily.
  • You’re well organized and know how to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • You’re a true team player, always ready to help and actively contribute.
  • You take a proactive approach to challenges and find effective solutions.
  • You’re adaptable, eager to learn, and open to taking on new tasks.
  • We have Social Impact: Does your work aim to make a difference? Sdui’s vision is to transform the daily life of schools. Empower humans to transform education for a better tomorrow! Additionally, you can take two days off per year for volunteer activities.
  • Flexibility & New Work: Flexible working hours, remote work, and workations within the EU (+Switzerland & UK) are possible with us.
  • We care cbout Mental Health: We offer all employees access to OpenUp, an online service for mental health and personal development.
  • People Development: Active learning time, courses via a learning platform, and ongoing professional development opportunities are already in place and continuously evolving.
  • We love our Team: You’ll be part of a motivated team that supports one another. A positive working atmosphere is essential for us! We also offer a "teambuilding budget" for shared workshops and team events.
  • We embrace Start-Up Culture & Growth: You want to take on responsibility, love challenges, and grow with us? Perfect! We are committed to continuously improving collaboration and ensuring that everyone in the team can contribute to shaping the company.
Additional Benefits:
  • 30 days of vacation, plus half-days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
  • Your four-legged friend is welcome at the office!
  • German and English lessons.
