Working Student E-Commerce & Marketplace Support (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a motivated Working Student to support our E-Commerce & Marketplace team. You’ll help keep our website and marketplaces up to date by creating product listings, maintaining content, supporting pricing and promotions, and onboarding new products with well-structured, accurate data. Our E-Commerce and Marketplace team plays a vital role in expanding our reach, optimizing sales channels, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As part of this team, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making that enhances performance and fuels our growth.

Your Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

• Website Content & Product Listing: Upload, update, and enrich product data, including descriptions, attributes and images and ensure all product information is accurate and engaging. Optimize product listings to improve discoverability and conversion rates. Updating the website's content, including banners and landing pages. 

• Pricing & Promotions: Implementing and managing weekly price promotions, ensuring correct pricing and online visibility.

• Competitor & Market Research: Research e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify optimization and growth opportunities.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from other teams (e.g. marketing, graphics, customer service) to ensure smooth coordination and alignment.

Marketplace 

• Onboarding new products by preparing, categorizing, and maintaining product data (product descriptions, attributes, measurements, sustainability certificates, etc.).

• Organizing, editing, and storing product images according to marketplace requirements and internal guidelines.

• Independent communication with our external partners

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or similar) and can work at least 20 hrs per week. 

• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for working with numbers and large datasets.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Matrixify, Amazon, Zalando) is a plus.

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
